Libacao
Skip unless you are a dedicated ecotourist or river guide: the wild river and remote falls are the draw, but access is long and rough. One night is enough.
Libacao is a quiet, mountainous municipality in Aklan, known for the Libacao Wild River, remote waterfalls and the endangered Philippine spotted deer. It is not a tourist hub: most visitors come for river trekking or as a stop between Kalibo and the interior. The town itself has limited services.
