Land's End (La Pointe) is the eastern tip of the Gaspé Peninsula, where the St. Lawrence estuary opens to the Gulf. Most of the peninsula's population, its airport (YGP) and its densest cluster of sights sit here: Percé and its rock, Forillon National Park, and the town of Gaspé. Route 132 is the only road in and out, and it loops back on itself at the tip, so distances read shorter than the drive feels. Sleep in Gaspé for services and Forillon access, in Percé for the rock and boat trips; two bases is enough.
