Gibraltar town is a walk: Main Street and Casemates in the morning and evening, the Botanic Gardens and cable car early, and the frontier and the runway crossing are the parts that delay a day.
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory of about six square kilometres, and the town is under the Rock's west face. The trips that go wrong start at the frontier at a peak hour, plan the cable car for a windy afternoon, or walk Main Street on a cruise-ship day.
