Prague's Václav Havel Airport (PRG) sits about 15 km west of the centre. Terminals 1 and 2 handle scheduled traffic; Terminal 3 is for private and charter flights. There is no train or metro station at the airport, so you reach the city by bus, taxi or ride-hailing app.

The cheapest route is city bus 119 to Nádraží Veleslavín, then metro line A into the centre; buy a 90-minute ticket (CZK 40 — check) and stamp it once on board. The Airport Express bus runs to Prague's main railway station (Praha hlavní nádraží), useful if you continue by train. Both take roughly 25–45 minutes depending on traffic.

Brno–Tuřany (BRQ) is a small airport with a handful of seasonal and low-cost routes. If your trip centres on Moravia, compare flying to Vienna (VIE) and taking the bus or train to Brno; Vienna has far more long-haul connections. Other Czech airports, including Ostrava, Karlovy Vary and Pardubice, handle very few scheduled passenger flights — check before you book.
