About these names

Metro, bus and bike beat walking when clusters are more than about 20 minutes apart. Google Maps and the DOT and Rejseplanen apps route transit well.

The old centre (Indre By) sits between the central station and the harbour. Strøget runs through it, east to west. Vesterbro lies west of the station, Nørrebro north-west, and Christianshavn across the inner harbour to the south-east. Everything a first visit needs is inside about 3 km of the station.
