Chapada dos Guimarães
Spend 1–2 days: walk to Veu de Noiva Falls (800 m) and join a guided Waterfall Circuit; 4×4 needed for remote sites.
Chapada dos Guimarães is a small town in Mato Grosso, a gateway to waterfalls, sandstone cliffs and bird‑watching sites. Most attractions are reachable on foot or by short taxi/bike rides; longer tours require a licensed guide and a 4×4 vehicle. One night is enough for the main falls, two days allow a full Waterfall Circuit and a visit to Cidade das Pedras.
