Cauayan
Spend a half‑day in Cauayan for the market, park and church; stay only if you need a base for nearby trips.
Cauayan is a commercial hub in Isabela with a daily market, a few parks and a historic church. It has an airport and bus terminal but few dedicated attractions, so a short visit (4–6 h) covers the main sights. Longer stays make sense only as a stopover for trips to Ilagan or the Cagayan Valley.
