- The building reopened in 2010 after a long restoration; what you see today is close to the 1908 original, not a reconstruction from scratch.
- The tour is guided and timed: you cannot wander alone, and latecomers may lose their slot.
- Buying a performance ticket gets you inside for free in the sense that you do not also need a tour ticket — but the two see different parts of the building.
