Spend a half‑day in Assis: park, shopping mall and a quick bite; no overnight needed unless you prefer a relaxed pace.
Assis is a regional hub in West São Paulo with a modest size (≈87 k people). Its main attractions – Echologic Park, an acoustic shell, and two malls – are close to the centre and can be visited in a few hours. There are no commercial flights, so most visitors arrive by bus from nearby cities and return the same day.
