Yashio
Skip unless you have a specific reason (work, visiting someone, or a cheap bed near Tokyo). Half a day is enough: a shrine, a flower park and a mall.
Yashio is a commuter town and distribution hub on the Saitama–Tokyo border, served by the Tsukuba Express. It has one Shinto shrine, a peach-flower park and a suburban mall. Most travellers pass through without stopping.
