Get around
The centre is walkable: cathedral to Foregate Street station is about 10 minutes. Two stations, Worcester Foregate Street (closest to the centre) and Worcester Shrub Hill, both on the same lines. Buses run from the bus station at the bottom of CrownGate; a car is only useful for the Malverns or the Cotswolds. Driving in the one-way system at rush hour is slower than walking.
