Wolfville is a small university town on the Bay of Fundy, an hour west of Halifax by car on Highway 101 (exit 10 or 11). Almost everything sits on or near Main Street, and the two big draws — Grand-Pré National Historic Site and the Gaspereau Valley wineries — are a short drive out. It works as a one-night stop on an Annapolis Valley run, not as a multi-day base.
