Verviers

Verviers is a small Walloon city of about 55 000 people at the foot of the Ardennes. Its industrial heritage, a few museums and a lively market make it a good half‑day stop, but the Wool and Fashion Tourist Centre, Grand Theatre and occasional concerts justify a full day.
