Get around
A car is the practical choice: sights sit at the edges of town, not downtown. BC Transit local buses run every 35–70 minutes from the downtown exchange, with a $2 adult cash fare or $5 day pass. Route 90 links Vernon and Kelowna in about 51 min; route 60 runs to Armstrong and Enderby Monday–Saturday. Taxis: Capital Taxi and Vernon Taxi.
