The southern suburbs are where Metro Vancouver's beds and Asian food clusters sit, 25–50 minutes from downtown by SkyTrain. They are not a sightseeing district: you come for a cheaper base, Richmond's food and Steveston, White Rock's promenade, and the Delta bird reserves. If your trip is downtown museums and Stanley Park, stay downtown and visit here once.
