Skip Upleta unless you have a specific interest in its royal history or are passing through between Rajkot and Porbandar: half a day is enough.
Upleta is a small city on the Moj River in Saurashtra, Gujarat, known for its royal past and a few historic landmarks. Most travellers use it as a short stop on the Rajkot–Porbandar highway. Half a day covers the main sights; there is no reason to stay overnight unless you are on a slow road trip.
