Istanbul metro

Metro lines on both continents joined by the Marmaray rail tunnel under the Bosphorus. The T1 tram through Sultanahmet and the ferries matter as much as the metro for visitors.

Reading the local time…

Working out tonight's last trains…

Plan for another night

After midnight counts as the night before: Saturday 01:30 is still Friday night's service.

Typical last trains from central stations; the ends of a line stop earlier, and holidays use their own timetable. Check the operator's app on the night.

Lines and key stations

Schematic, not to scale: only the stations visitors use most, in order along the line.
