A car is close to essential: sights are spread along US-1 and I-95, and the seashore road is 10+ mi from downtown. Space Coast Area Transit runs county routes from Titusville (route 1 to Cocoa, Rockledge and Viera; route 5 north to Mims and Scottsmoor) at $1.25 a ride or $35 for a monthly pass, but they are slow for sightseeing.
