Thari (also called Thari Mirwah) is a mid-size city in Khairpur District, Northern Sindh, with a population around 352,000. It sits on the N-5 National Highway and Mehran Highway, about 80 km from Sukkur Airport. The main sight is the Government Boys Model High School, a classical E-shaped building. The city is a practical stop for a meal or a night if you are driving the N-5, but it does not have enough attractions to justify a dedicated trip.
