Tasmania is one island with four road regions, not a list of sights. Fly into Hobart or Launceston, hire a car at the airport, and pick one loop: the south (Hobart, MONA, Port Arthur, Huon Valley), the east coast (Wineglass Bay, Bicheno, Bay of Fires), the north (Launceston, Cradle Mountain), or the west (Strahan, Queenstown). Five to seven nights covers two of those; ten nights covers three. Without a car you can still do Hobart and Launceston well, but the wilderness stays out of reach.
