Shimogo
下郷町
Half a day for Tō-no-Hetsuri and a soak in Yunokami Onsen; not worth an overnight unless you want a quiet onsen stay.
Shimogo is a small town in the Aizu region of Fukushima, known for the Tō-no-Hetsuri rock formation and the Yunokami Onsen hot spring area. Most travellers pass through on the way to Aizuwakamatsu or Ouchijuku. A few hours cover the main sight; an overnight works if you want a traditional minshuku with onsen.
