Sellin
Sellin is a half-day stop on Rügen for its pier and beach; one night if you want a relaxed seaside evening. Not a base for the whole island.
Sellin is a Baltic resort town on Rügen known for its long pier, sandy beach and late-19th-century resort architecture. The main draw is the pier and the steep coast, best seen in a few hours. Most visitors combine it with Binz or Sassnitz.
