Seine Bight
Skip Seine Bight as a base unless you want a quiet beach stay with easy access to Placencia's tours and dining. One night is enough; two if you plan a dive or Maya ruin day trip.
Seine Bight is a small village on the Placencia Peninsula, quieter than Placencia village itself. It offers beachfront resorts, local eateries and a base for diving the barrier reef or visiting Maya ruins. Most travellers stay one or two nights, using it as a low-key alternative to busier Placencia.
