Get around
Downtown is walkable and VTA light rail links Diridon station, downtown and the airport corridor. Caltrain runs to San Francisco (about 1 h on the Baby Bullet) and south to Gilroy at commute hours. BART reaches Berryessa/North San José in the northeast. A car is the practical choice for the wider South Bay, Santa Cruz and the wineries.
