Saïdia
السعيدية
Saïdia is a beach resort, not a sightseeing town: 2–3 nights for sun, sand and golf; skip if you want culture or history.
Saïdia is a 14 km golden-sand beach on the Mediterranean, near the Algerian border. It's a package-holiday destination with hotels, a marina and a golf course. The old medina and 19th-century Alcazaba are small. Most travellers come for the beach and stay in the Méditerrania-Saïdia complex. It's not a base for exploring the region.
