Downtown is walkable end to end in about 15 min. Caltrain runs to San Francisco and San Jose from Redwood City station near Broadway and El Camino. SamTrans buses cover the county and link to Caltrain. US-101 and I-280 bracket the city for driving; Redwood Shores is east of US-101.
