- Weekends are crowded and loud with music; weekdays are calmer.
- Sea currents are strong and the water can be dirty near the causeway: paddle at most.
- Ask about each restaurant's prices and card acceptance before you sit down.
- The causeway and the road back can jam on Friday and Sunday evenings.
