The main draw is Bagha Mosque, a 500-year-old structure with intricate terracotta work, and the cluster of Hindu temples at Puthia. The district is quiet, with limited accommodation and eating options outside Rajshahi city.

CNG auto-rickshaws and local buses connect Rajshahi city to Bagha, Puthia and other upazilas. Hiring a CNG for the day (about ৳1,500–2,500) is the most efficient way to visit multiple sights. Roads are narrow and slow.
