Rabé de las Calzadas
Stop for lunch or a short break if walking the Camino de Santiago; otherwise skip — the village has no banks, shops or train station.
Rabé de las Calzadas is a tiny village on the French Way of the Camino de Santiago, about 15 km west of Burgos. It has one bar-restaurant, a pilgrim albergue, and a 12th-century church. Most travellers pass through in under an hour unless they need a bed for the night.
