Pulau Hatta
Spend 2–3 nights on Pulau Hatta for quiet beaches and snorkelling; day trips from Banda Neira work but the boat schedule limits you to a few hours.
Pulau Hatta (formerly Rozengain) is the quietest of the Banda Islands, with healthy coral reefs right off the beach and two small villages. Accommodation is limited and runs on a fixed full-board price. There is no internet and electricity runs only a few hours in the evening. It suits travellers who want to disconnect and snorkel or dive, not those looking for nightlife or luxury.
