Get around
The centre is walkable in 15–20 minutes end to end. Trains on the Whitland–Pembroke Dock branch stop at Lamphey, Pembroke and Pembroke Dock; you may need to change at Whitland. Local buses run across Pembrokeshire but are thin on Sundays and in winter. A car is the practical way to reach the coast path, beaches and Carew Castle.
