Treat Pangyo as a half-day stop from Seoul or a base for Seongnam: 1 night covers it, 2 if you add Bundang and the parks.
Pangyo is a planned tech town inside Seongnam, 20 minutes from Gangnam on the Shinbundang line. It is a working district of offices, apartment blocks and stream-side parks rather than a sightseeing city, so most travellers pass through for a few hours or sleep here as a cheaper, quieter alternative to Seoul's south side. The draw is the Pangyo Techno Valley, the museums and the green corridors along Tancheon.

Get around
The Shinbundang line (Pangyo Station) is the spine: about 20 min to Gangnam in Seoul. Buses cover the rest of Seongnam, and taxis are cheap for short hops. The town is walkable around the station but spread out toward the Techno Valley and the western housing districts.
