Get around
Downtown is walkable: Palm Canyon Drive and Indian Canyon Drive are one-way between Alejo and Ramon, lined with shops and restaurants. SunLine SunBus routes 1, 1x, 2 and 4 cover the city and neighbouring resorts; single fare $1.00 for adults 18–59, day pass $3.00 for adults. A car is the practical choice for Indian Canyons, the tramway and day trips; rental desks are at the airport. The city runs free parking lots and garages downtown, except Thursday–Saturday nights. Cycling works in the cooler months on mostly flat roads.
