A car is the practical choice: I-35 runs along the northwest and south sides, Highway 68 crosses east–west, and US 59 comes in from the north as Main Street. Downtown is walkable in 10–15 minutes end to end. There is no useful local bus for visitors; check whether your motel runs a shuttle.
