Get around
A car is close to essential: sights are spread along Highway 70 and up Highway 162, and taxis are scarce and pricey. B-Line buses cover the town core and run hourly to neighbouring towns. Downtown is walkable on its own. Bicycling works in spring and autumn on the Green Line Trail toward the dam.
