Half a day is enough: see Kiyomizu Falls, eat yōkan and raw carp, then move on. Not a base.
Ogi is a small city in Saga Prefecture, Kyushu, known for Kiyomizu Falls, yōkan (sweet bean jelly) and raw carp. Most travellers pass through on the Karatsu Line between Saga and Karatsu. Half a day covers the waterfall and a local meal; one night only if you want to relax.
