Get around
The centre is walkable: main sights are 5–10 minutes apart. City buses (FynBus) run frequently and most pass the railway station; the inner-city route 10 is a free short loop. Bikes are easy to rent by app and there are separated cycle paths on most main roads. Taxis cannot be hailed on the street — book by app or phone, and expect higher fares at night. River boats (Odense Åfart) run from Munke Mose to the zoo and Funen Village in summer.
