Naselle

Skip Naselle unless you fish for sturgeon or have family ties. Half a day max: walk the river, see the Finn Fest if it's on, then move on.

Naselle is a tiny logging-and-fishing town on the Naselle River, 10 mi east of Long Beach. With 400 residents and no main street to speak of, it's a stop for anglers (year-round sturgeon) and the biennial Finn Fest. Most travellers should treat it as a 30‑minute detour or skip it entirely.
