Morni
Morni is Haryana's only hill station, good for a half-day or one-night escape from Chandigarh: go for the lake, birdwatching and forest walks, skip if you expect a full hill-station experience.
Morni is a quiet hill station in the Morni Hills, about an hour from Chandigarh. The main draw is Tikkar Taal, a pair of lakes with an adventure park, and the surrounding subtropical forest with good birdwatching. Most visitors come for a half-day trip or a single night.
