Medicine Hat

Medicine Hat is a stop on the Trans-Canada Highway between Calgary and Regina, not a destination in itself. The Gas City is one of Canada's driest and sunniest places, with a compact downtown, a giant tepee and a pottery district. Most travellers pass through in a night; two nights buys a side trip to Cypress Hills.
