Mantralayam
One day is enough for the Raghavendra Swamy temple and river walk; add a half‑day if you plan sevas or nearby Raichur visit.
Mantralayam is a pilgrim town on the Tungabhadra river, famous for the Raghavendra Swamy mutt. The main sights fit in a half‑day, but travel to the temple complex and possible sevas can extend the stay to a full day. It is reachable by road or train from Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai, with modest accommodation and food costs.
