Mannadi

Mannadi is a small village in Central Travancore, known for the Mannadi Bhagavathy Temple and as the place where Veluthampi Dalawa, the former Diwan of Travancore, ended his life. The temple's annual Uchabali festival (February/March) draws devotees, but the village has no accommodation or restaurants. Most visitors come from Adoor or as a detour between Kollam and Pathanamthitta.
