Get around
The LIRR Port Washington branch stops at Manhasset station, roughly 35–45 min from Penn Station and one stop from Plandome. Northern Boulevard (NY-25A) is the main road through the hamlet and is walkable in parts but has fast traffic and few crossings. Local buses run along Northern Boulevard; a car or rideshare is easier for Americana and the hospital campus. Parking at Americana is free in the surface lots.
