Luxembourg City by district
The Ville Haute (upper town) is a compact old town on the plateau; the Grund and Clausen lie far below in the Alzette valley, the Gare district is to the south, and Kirchberg is a separate modern plateau to the north-east. Bridges link them: the Adolphe Bridge, the Passerelle and the Pont Rouge.
