Get around
You need a car. Luling sits on I-10 at TX-80 and US-90/US-183, and there is no useful local bus or train. Downtown is walkable once parked — Davis Street, the oil museum and the mill are within about 15 minutes on foot. Fuel up on the interstate exits before heading to the river put-in.
