Lewisburg, Tennessee
Spend a half‑day in Lewisburg if you have a car: walk the downtown Square, grab a meal, and if it's the second weekend in October, attend the Goats, Music & More Festival. Otherwise, skip it — Nashville or Huntsville offer more.
Lewisburg is a small Central Tennessee town on I‑65, about 50 mi south of Nashville. Its main draw is the annual Goats, Music & More Festival (second weekend in October — check the official schedule for 2026 dates). Outside festival weekend, the downtown Square and a few local restaurants fill a morning to early afternoon. You need a car to get around; walking is only practical around the Square. One day is enough, and only during the festival does it merit an overnight.
