Lefokastro
Half-day beach stop or a quiet overnight if you want a coastal base in Northwest Pelion; not a destination on its own.
Lefokastro is a small coastal hamlet at the foot of Mount Pelion, 34 km from Volos. It has four small beaches and a fish tavern. There is no public transport: you need a car or bike. Most visitors stop for a swim and a meal on the way between other Pelion villages.
