The historic district is walkable — the core is about a quarter mile across. For anything beyond it you need a car, a rideshare or the Leesburg Trolley, which links downtown, the Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets and the Leesburg Park & Ride; it runs weekday mornings to evening, longer on Saturday and shorter on Sunday, for a small flat fare (check current times and fare).
