Elektrichka from Moscow Rizhsky station to Pavshino (duration check). From Pavshino, buses 524 or minibus 24 run to the Sanatorii stop; from Tushino metro, bus 549 or 541 goes to the Arkhangelskoye stop, or minibus 151 to Sanatorii. Taxis are available but traffic can add time.
