Get around
The centre is compact and walkable — Old Church, National Museum, theatre and market are all within 15 minutes on foot. Šumarice Memorial Park sits on the northern edge of the city: take a local bus or a taxi. Taxis are cheap; a cross-town ride is usually under €4. The city bus network is extensive and tickets are bought from the driver.
